POOR SERVICE
I am very upset with the service received from Multichoice. Tried to arrange a change of ownership, however everytime I send or reply to an email from multichoice a new agent replies back to me asking for the exact same info the previous agent requested. I kept the same Ref number in my emails. then they advise me to complete a debit form which I completed at DSTV N1City to only find out that My decoder I bought is stuck under someone else name with arrears owing. I was told to get an affidavit which I did and provided multichoice with all the documents and info needed that they requested, they make me provide them with the documents then tell me the arrears needs to be settled first from the person who the decoder is under. I feel this is really ****, as I am sitting with a decoder and smart card however no assistance from multichoice. Except they offer me products like dstv explorer decoder with premium package. If there was another company offering tv channels I would have went there straight away and so would a few others I know. Keep the arrears on the previous owners name and ID, move the decoder to my name because I have it now and activate my service. do something man.
