Poor service

I was on Easyview package, already paid for September and today I decided to upgrade to Access package and paid R150, and the lady I spoke to promised it will be immediately but still now it hasn't been upgraded. She told me about using their Whatsapp, and that's far worse, the info you get there is always inaccurate. I asked for my balance and they gave me a wrong figure to the one I get when I called, also when I pressed upgrade, it tells me I don't have an existing package to downgrade, which is utter nonsense. Can you fix this Whatsapp communication of yours it's up to no good, even your chatbox is bad. Can you please upgrade my package with immediate effect
