Poor service

I never got this disgusted in my entire life. I made a payment for my Dstv. I put a wrong ref number. Unfortunately I lost my slip as I am not used to lay cash. I normaly pay with EFT, but I had a problem with my banking App.

So I called in my service provider to ecolain my story, they sent me from pillar to post. I managed to get to my bank and request a reprint of my proof of payment. I sent it to them they still ask me for a valid proof of payment. I asked to speak to a manager I was told that Managers are busy with serious queries as if mine is not serious/ important.
