Poor Service

I'm really not happy with the service I got.I have made an EFT payment on my account but when I called and asked for my services to be reconnected I was told that the payment hasn't reflected yet but I normally pay and they recconect me within few minutes after my payment.Im frustrated as I've paid because I wanted to watch the South Africa game.Poor service from DSTV I am canceling it all together I'm done
