Poor serveice

I'm so disappointed DSTV last month I paid R150 for my package which is the money that I usually pay ,when I'm supposed to pay this month I was told that I have to pay R540 which the money f9r the package I didn't sign up for...I called the customer service but I've been taken from pillar to post
