poor satellite service

moved to a new home ,went to Umhlanga office and was co opted to buy a explorer together with installation. paid then called their contractors to fit . they came out ......to collect the voucher ,but then wanted 6500 additional ...refused to pay then the contractor conveniently disappears ..to date no one to install and there contractor bbr and electronics refuses to take the call...saying he is too busy..called multi choice put on hold for 17 minutes ..asked for supervisor ,,,phone slammed down poor service....maybe should cancel and go with Netflix
