Poor rewards system - DSTV rewards

I am very disappointed in the dstv rewards programme. Firstly I win a reward fora free upgrade to premium and they upgrade me accordingly. Then after the upgrade they leave me on premium, basically they upgraded me, without my consent. I call them and eventually stay upgraded under the price lock. My rewards status level was super star at the time. Immediately after hanging up to "upgrade" to premium on price lock they adjust the fees on my account but my rewards status level is not updated. I call them to update my status to legend. While I was on status level there were rewards under the legend tab status that were available but greyed out to me. Eventually after upgrading to legend status I get none of the rewards I was meant to get. I called dstv on Saturday 12 February 2022 and was put on hold for more than 30 minutes to no resolve. I am not happy and request that I get the rewards due to me. As for the call center agent, shame on you for making me hold that long. I am not happy at all.
