Poor response from DSTV
I sent DSTV an email and there response fails to answer specific questions I asked. It seems a standard response has been generated for all subscribers. Please answer my questions

Please do take note that as we continue to keep the broadcast of our channels this comes with costs, amongst others, infrastructure costs, system costs, and channel procurement costs.
We do not only cater for sports *****s but cater for a wide range of viewing needs. Some of our channels like the news channels (ENCA, Newsroom Africa, etc) are keeping the nation informed about what is happening in our country and the world at large.
Currently, the rental of Box Office movies has been reduced from R35,00 to R25,00, per rental of each movie. We have also increased our movie offering on the Box Office platform.
