Poor refunding from DSTV
The service in terms of refunds is below 1 in my opinion. We were debited for an incorrect amount when our balance was zero, charged for a package we hadn't approved and told different information from different consultants. In the end DSTV benefits by keeping approx. 1100 of my money and earning interest whilst I am out of pocket on my monthly budget.
