Poor Quality Products

Am very not happy with the HD PVR 2. I took it in last year because of the error message that it always displayed and because of this error the PVR functions that I pay for every month were not working.<br> <br> When I took it in in August it was swamped for another one. It was less than few weeks the new one started with the same error. Due to being busy I only took it back this year. The consultant that was helping swapped the one we bought in while he was busy configuring the one that he was supposed to give us it gave him errors. We left with some small decoder and we were promised they will call within the week. <br> <br> Now am sitting at home still waiting to be called and the so called borrowed decoder displayed a message that the smart card is not linked to the decoder. Really now. I tried calling DSTV with no success. Am really tired with DSTV poor products and service.
