Poor Quality of Service levels (Buffering) on Kyknet

I would want to complain about the poor bandwidth allocated to the Kyknet Channel streaming service offered by DSTV. I noticed that the problem with buffering occurs more frequently when popular TV programs are broadcasted eg. The Ernst Erns program on Monday evenings. It needs urgent attention and more bandwith needs to be allocated.
