Poor Poorer Poorest- DSTV

Ok so im back here. I did a review about 2 weeks ago and got an answer within days. So here it is. I was contacted by Multichoice offering me a 24 month deal on Compact which included a Explorer and wifi connector. This also included free installation. I received the product with no installation voucher. I also have no idea about what my monthly installment will be and when it will be debited. I called into Multichoice and explained my situation and requested a email that explained the agreement. The consultant was extremely poor in service delivery and after 15 minutes of discussing my situation she decided to consult her supervisor. She returned and honestly said to me that she had no clue what were discussing earlier and that i should explain again. All i needed was a email of the agreement and to confirm who i need to call since the package clearly states there is no installation voucher. Yet she didn't understand. Surely when you enter a contract agreement for 24 months you get a contract agreement stating all the details. Multichoice however has failed to present this to me. My concern is the moment i install this offering im am going to have issues and with these guys and getting things corrected requires you consulting the CEO at Multichoice. Absolutely disgusted that i have entered into this and personally would never recommend this to anyone.
