Poor poor services, service, agencies and everything ayi sis maan

Multichoice is honestly the worse service provider, they don't even try at least to give good service, they are lies and just a ******* company who take advantage. Now what is worse is not only the repeating and the damp call but thier own TV guide, so Sunday they have been advertising that Being Mary jane finale will be playing on the 18th on BET at 21h00, i set it as a reminder, nx earlier I decided to check if Mary jane will still play, than something else shows on mary jane time slot, I go and check my reminders I see that it is still set,I go to TV guide, Mary jane is not showing any more for the 18th, I decide to check the following days on the TV guide to see when Mary jane will play, as I do that, Mary Jane is advertising, I check out the advert now it says Mary jane will be playing on the 25th at 20h00, OK. I continue with the TV guide still, on the 20th 21h00 Mary jane finale will be playing, I set it as reminder, still check on the 22 Mary jane finale is playing, I set it up, continue with TV guide now I m on the 25th remember I saw the advert, now in the TV guide on the 25th the is no mary jane showing, I decide to call the stupid call center to find out when is mary jane going to play because all this is confusing now, the agents tell me today at 21h00 (18th she says), I did ask if she is sure because it is not showing in today's time slot, she says yes, stupid damp call center and it's agency **** nx, I waited and no Mary jane played, I'm so ****ed off not because the program did not play but because of incorrect information provided, we pay alot for stupid service, DStv must really go down, they cannot maintain one good thing just one, yases maan, my time, my money and now my airtime for lies. I gave a rating of 1 star but they actually deserve 0, very, very poor...
