Poor Poor service DSTV

I cannot believe it... I have send all my banking statements to DSTV but still my outstanding amount is R2558... Nothing has been done about my account... NOTHING whatsoever I am so fedup... Wish I could get hold of DSTV CEO of FM... I will get hold of them for I am struggling for more that a year to get this sorted...
