+++POOR POOR SERVICE

The service is POOR, the call centre staff are useless and the disrespect the importance of the customers, I made a call last night only to get answered and no one talk just people laughing on the background, for me to sort out what the call centre staff have mass up, I have bought a new decoder that I needed my old account to be moved to the new one an the call centre staff opened a new account with additional services I have not requested, the new decoder started to give error after a week had to return it and call to move my account to the old decoder now that I need to pay for my account am told o we R1K+ for a compact account, like how?????????
