Poor poor service

I recieved an sms stating that if my multichoice account is not paid in 7 days that my account will be handed over.

I also saw the following defaults on my credit report which I am furious about as I have cancelled my dstv.

Decoder payment plan Current balance 1561.00 Credit limit 1896

Decoder payment plan Balance 392.00 Credit limit 1176.00

Decoder payment plan Balance 560.00 Credit limit 1680

Since when do you get handed over for this as when you dont pay your subscription you dont get to watch DSTV.

I need this to be sorted out as a matter of urgency or else I will have no option than to obtain legal advise as this is affecting my credit score.

Multichoice is one terrible company
