Poor poor service

Got a black friday deal with multichoice for R749pm xplora deal premium package and installation included but i had to pay R750 to one of their accredited installers on a sunday to install it after being given a run around for about 3 weeks after receiving the decoder and now when i check my bank account an amount of R1 332 were debited from my account and this happened after already paying the compact package for R385 pm still havent received any feedback from them just money thats been taken out of my account
