Poor pathetic service

Disgusted by service agents that don't know what their doing. I ws given a new decoder. I was talked into taking another contract for 24 months which I don't want after the bad service I received last night I was on a call for over an hour last night and the agent didn't even help me with problem. I couldn't watch TV and again this morning I called and agent had me on phone and couldn't help me and then disconnected call. We pay so much money for dstv and this is the service we receive
