Poor Online Payment Service

On the 23rd of March 2019 I decided to upgrade my DSTV package to compact. That was the worst decision I made because after that I got disconnected despite paying the requested amount. DSTV provided me with the link below to make payment.

Despite making the payment above, the DSTV still cant reconnect my package, they keep on changing the amounts I am owing ( R 807.68, Then R328 and now R 640.76)

They say they cant use the statement I sent to them as a proof of payment.

I hope ICASA will get its way with regard to this DSTV monopoly. Now my money is sitting in their account and they don't want to credit it to my account..... Goodluck to ICASA
