Poor non existant service

i requested my invoices for the tax period, held on for about 20-30min the first time i called , was promised that the documents will be emailed. 5 days later i called again, another 20min. was told the document has been sent. told the agent that i received no mail from them. Agent disappeared ...i held on till i cut the call 20 plus minutes spoke to a person on the second occasion by the name of Nokukhanya Chwala
