Poor Multichoice service

I am a DSTV premium subscriber, i have tried to subscribe to Showmax which is supposedly for free. I have called the DSTV helpline, no joy... i have emailed showmax... no joy... i have been on live chat with showmax... no joy. I am very disappointed in their service, i guess they just make too much money to care.
