POOR Multichoice Dstv LTE service

Good day Dstv Multichoice management

I have been a cusotmer on your Dstv compact promo with the LTE device for the past 3months . I have paid two installments for the Dstv and LTE service

I took a decision of not paying for this month because the LTE device never worked . I called the useless call centre for aid more than 8 times , i even called today same BULL **** from the con****ants do you even train them ?

The feedback i got from them was that my call was escalted its been three months ,I went to Bloed Mall to get it soreted with my petrol the store had moved to Menlyn . I went to Menlyn on the 12 of May to the KIOSK centre and no helped

The consultnat there was ****en rude unprofessinall,and felt entlitled to ask me where I initialy subscribed which was online and if the sale was done at their kiosk she could have assisted. She told me that she knows nothing of the LTE service and i cannot drop the device at their store because they dont have a process for such queries .

I further called the call centre asking for their assitance again ,and the only t ****en thing i got was a scripted response to the ****ty service i got from multichoice , I FEEL DE*****ED because i paid for a service i didnt use to two months ,No one called no reference NO ****** FEEDBACK . The next thing i will be receiving is a calling from these shaddy debt collectors that MULTI CHOICE use saying that my name has been handed to their departments because of non payment .

I want to cancel the LTE device and have my money reimbursed

my no one is taking accountability your customer service is is POOR and disgusting , I am ****en frustrated because its my money and credit health thas is at RISK and in jeapordy .
