Poor Multichoice agent client service

I was by a so called agent and told I can upgrade my decoder. I have not with the company for 10 years or more. I told the agent why I was not a customer only to find she had put down the phone.RUDE!!! You won't see me again as a customer. Multichoice your agents are sinking your business.
