POOR INFRASTRUCTURE

Good day.

Tonight, the 8th of August, I tried to access the DSTV Streaming service via my computer.

To my surprise I get a very fami**** message saying "Dstv is temporarily unavailable".

This is NOT the first time this happend. Last time it was almost 2 weeks before everything was working again. But surprising...the Dstv Streaming mobile app works perfectly....please explain this

What kind of service does Dstv running? There are many people who want to use the service but time and time again get the struggle.

I expect some feedback.
