Poor feedback
I previously paid via EFT and did not miss any payment. Late last year I upgraded to full package & changed to debit order and now my account was not debited on 25 April. I received a sms for unpaid debit order on 30 April & then a paid sms & immediately called the customer service. I was informed that payment <br> was successful on 25 April and I should ignore the sms from my bank. I asked him to note my call as I do not want to have a problem with my services being disconnected. I visited Multichoice today 6 May to test my decoder & was informed that the debit was unpaid on 3 May & I should call my bank. Fnb indicated that the only debit from Multichoice was received on 29 April. I made payments for over R7000 on that morning and had no clue that Multichoice debit was delayed. It now seems like it's my fault and my services were disconnected this evening. Why the hell do we arrange a debit order for a specific date? I called & asked for Supervisor at 2pm & nobody returned my call. I spoke to another guy who insists that I need to pay immediately. I asked Multichoice to dbl debit on 25 May due to their error but they passing the buck. rather downgrade and pay via EFT. Hear recording
