Poor Dstv service

I have received such a poor service from Dstv and i am very much disappointed. I ordered a router from them and it was delivered in february. it only worked for a week then it stopped. i have been trying to get help from them but so far i have wasted my money by calling them and not receiving any help. Im am now paying for something that is not working. I regret the day i ordered that router.
