POOR DSTV SERVICE

So frustrating dealing with Multichoice. All thier service are non-contactable, phone, sms, whatsapp etc. Their collection dept kept calling me to pay an account for which an account was not sent. Eventually i got the account, but when I go to their webste it states a different amount. Not sure why we pay for such ******* service.
