Poor DSTV service

I paid DSTV and then upgraded from Compact to Compact plus to my surprise DSTV disconnected my service and requested me to pay additional R400 which was unacceptable as I was being overcharged. A POOR SERVICE I REVEIVED FROM DSTV HENCE THEY NEED MORE CUSTOMERS . MY ADVICE - NEVER EVER UPGRADE YOUR DSTV AS THEY WILL DISCONNECT AND OVERCHARGE YOU
