Poor DSTV Price Lock Service

We connected to pricelock in 2016, out contract expired three weeks ago. Suddenly we lost service to our PVR Decoder. We contacted DSTV to find out what the problem was just to find out that the Debit order was cancelled from DSTV side. The person told us that there was an error made on their side through the Price Lock service and that they would get Price Lock to contact us this was three weeks ago, the week after we contacted them again and again we were told that someone from Price Lock would contact us and again to no avail, then last week, DSTV just did a debit on our account for R22000 odd rand, we contacted them and they said that someone would contact us this still has not happened. The DSTV service is extremely poor and I think it is due to a monopoly that they have on the whole Satalite service. They may breach contract and get away with it but if you do it they want to take you to court and blacklist you and who knows what all. We need to stop this. It is unacceptable.
