Poor DSTV Box office service

I was offered a free movie on Box office. On Saturday 23 May I took up the offer and rented one. I then discovered that I had been charged R70 for it. I phkned DSTV. A semi-literate operator could not help and directed me to another number which was also useless. I gave up. Yesterday I tried again and got a very helpful operator,, but still have only been credited with R35. No more Box office for me and another similar frustration and I will move to Netflix
