Poor DSTV assistance

I contacted DSTV Chat service to see why I cannot watch Showmax on my TV. The lady said it because I'm on Showmax Mobile. I must change to Showmax Full. When I go to Showmax, I don't even see a Showmax Mobile. When I go to my DSTV, I see that Showmax is active on my DSTV Premium account but I can't watch on my TV and no one at DSTV seems to be able to assist me with that. Pathetical.
