Poor disgusting misleading

Bad service. I purchased a decodrr with installation last week. I was advised to contact DSTV to bring an installer as it came with installation. After going back and forth chasing installation yesterday I spoke to a Chat Agent named Bongani who promised he will escalate to contracts and I will get feed back by today. When I tracked the escalation today I spoke to Lande Joseph who said I must be patient the isntaller will come as soon as possible I gpt mad coz it's been a week now with no services. Bongani even went as far as opening an accounting and making me pay. I asked him what will happen if nobody comes to install and I've paid and he said they will definitely come and gave me ref *** to track escalation so I made payment only to be told nobody is coming I must try and book again myself. You guys are so pathetic no wonder you have such a bad rating.
