poor dervice

DSTV on line service dose not work "Says something went wrong please tra again later" this has been happening for over 24 hours . Im holding on to the call centre to try and get help for over ten minutes.It is impossible to get any help Why do we pay for a premium package that has repeat after repeat of the same programs!!!
