Poor customer services

Those people keep on suspending my account every single day and i keep on asking if I owe them money they said no but they still keep on suspending they dont care about customers needs i emailed them several times proof of payments from July until September I'm so disappointed I real don't expect such poor customer service to a big company like multichoice they real don't derseve to have a NRC certificate
