Poor customer service Multichoice!!!!

I have NOT signed up for a price fix 2 year contract and yet Multichoice say i have???? I need them to check their records PROPERLY... and correct them!!!!!! I have been in to their offices 5 times, and STILL , they mess up my account!!!!
