Poor Customer service from Multichoice

I have phoned *** at 15h28 today to lodge a complaint that Dstv Streaming is not loading on my Samsung phone via wifi but did so last week before my landlord changed his rooter. I can load all other options via wifi such as YouTube etc. After 23m 21s the operator said she is going to speak to her supervisor as she can't help me.She was suppose to call me back asap but I am still waiting and data is costing me a fortune to stream dstv.
