Poor customer service from DSTV S.A None of your staff understand customer service. I app**** for a price lock plan on the 4th of december. I keep calling to follow up on my installation and no one seems to know what happening. Instead all I’m told is
poor service from all departments.

Sandile/Sanele said he would call me back on 23/12/2020 at 14;00 to arrange for todays installation. i take it todays installation will not happen. this query has been escallated more then 10 times in the past week yet not a single call has been received from the price lock department. the only people that call are the sales agents attempting to get me to take a price plan lock. what frustrates me is even when i call, non of the agent put me through to the team leader or im told there is no team leader on duty at the moment. An application done on the 4th and 20 days later no installation. its not like the decoders are being shipped from overseas
