Poor customer service

Poor service received at DStv multichoice upon calling their contact center and I spoke to the JHB manager Anelisa Ntshangane. Very rude person if you ask me, my matter was not resolved. She cut the line the while we were on the phone. Had to call again and I ended up getting help from another agent.
