Poor customer service

If you want to be frustrated, call Multichoice, log a complaint on hellopeter.com. they'll respond to you that the matter is being attended to, someone from Multichoice will call you and promise to come back to you and they shelve your complaint and you won't get any response/feedback/update with regards to your query. Sometimes it puzzles me that Multichoice is big reputable company that doesn't have customers best interests at heart. Someone called me last week Wednesday and promised to call me on Thursday. Till to date I'm still waiting for feedback on my query
