Poor customer service

Good day

I called your customer care this morning and was advised that you are off line and is unable to assist.

I called again in 10 minutes was on hold for 20 minutes and was advised that you guys are off line again and cannot assist.

Requested to speak to a supervisor as I have been trying to get my query sorted out since 13 Feb. Was advised that the supervisors and managers are in a meeting. Can someone call me once the meeting is done as this meeting story has been going on since 13 Feb or are u guys not worried about your customers.
