Poor customer service

I am very unhappy with the *********** and **** you have working at multi choice. I spoke to alot of agents and manager who said the will listen to my call and to DATE I am still struggling. I spoke to Mandla and Tercia Naidoo and Fatima and none of them gave me the support I needed. I spend and hour on the phone and still there has been no resolution. I am on the phone every other day explaining the same thing over and over again but no one is listening. I am really disappointed and very frustrated
