Poor customer service, can't fix their own systems

I upgraded to COMPACT end of September 2019 but I don't have access to channel 204 all other channels are playing except 204. All agents I spoke to gave me options of how resolve the matter but none of them work. What I find incredibly absurd is that they say I must take the decoder to a technician, I mean out of the channels only one doesn't play and they decoder is faulty wow wow. Not to mentioned that you use ure own airtime to call them. I hate that there's no alternative to DStv they are complacent and know that I have no other option. ...................
