POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

DSTV Customer Service doesnt even deserve 1star, they deserve a BIG FAT 0. I called today hoping they will assist me with my query. I phoned 7times and spoke to 7 different consultants who had no idea what the problem and how to assist me. Even now, my query has not been resolved
