Poor Customer Service at MultiChoice

Multichoice should just close down as they are no longer focusing on customer service. I called their number *** and spoke to an agent who exposed me to the noise of her children in the background seemingly she answered the phone from home. I was made to hold on for about 45 minutes because she indicated that they have a system problem. Useless company. Maybe I should cancel my subscription
