Poor customer service at multichoice'

Multichoice's customer service is pathetic it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I called with a query it never got resolved i used a lot of money calling then without getting a solution. I was told my account has been suspended because there's an add on of indian channels, that i have never requested and i should pay for. I was given a reference of my query with the promise that they are going to investigate call within 24 to 48 hours which never happened. I had to call again but still nothing was resolved so in all honest they just took my money for the month which i never get to use their service.now i have to pay reconnection fee which is an extra cost.Maybe its because they no theres is no other alternatives since they are the only one offering a service of that kind.So they can rob us but still the viewership qont be affected
