Poor customer service at DSTv (Multichoice)

This is not the first time I have had issues with this company. If it isnt *********** call centre agents then its lack of customer service. It is appalling that they do a 3 day system upgrade without any back up plans for customers who may need assistance during those days. How does the planning of such downtime happen? i have been calling for assistance with no support from them for 3 days! and all they do is say, "I am sorry, i cannot help". Atrocious.
