Poor customer service. And not a client

Can someone please take my number off your system as I keep getting messages that I need to apy to stay connected but im not even a customer with you guys nor is it my surname on that account to which my phone number is linked. This is ridiculous that after numerous phone calls and telli g you that Im not the person that you have on system this issue is still mot fixed.
