Poor customer service and misinformation

I think this is the 3rd time am writing a review about DStv with poor customer service and misinformation. This time around they took more money than what was supposed to be. Am sure I will receive a call from someone claiming they will sort it out then forget about me. South African, we have so much stress please don't add to it by signing up to DStv internet. They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them cause they fail to provide even bare minimum.
