Poor customer service and empty promises

I have recently complained about the service that I got from one of the consultants at multi choice. The business then responded stating that I will be contacted. Till today I have not been contacted nor has my issue resolved. I really don’t know what to do now honestly. If this how I am going to be treated as a loyal client for so many years I really don’t know.
