Poor Customer service

i made a payment on the 21 may 2022 and the 10th June my account is blocked, i then phone their call center and spoke to a lady for 31 minutes and she couldn't help me and promised me that her manager will give me a call during the course of the day. i then waited the whole day until i call them again the same day at 9pm spoke to a lady by the name of Inga Gciyana and she promised to call me first thing in the morning but up until today she never called me.now we read everywhere about poor service from multi choice and now this is what i am experiencing i want co cancel my subscription with this company
